 A skill development initiative in collaboration with Mission Youth, J&K. Introduction:- C-DYTE is a modified version of erstwhile scheme C-BYTE with broadened scope like extension to all blocks of the district on pilot basis, open for both boys & girls in which District Administration have opened Youth training/facilitation centres to equip the district youth (both boys/girls) with necessary physical, academic and mental skills, thereby facilitating/improving their chances of selection and ultimate empowerment by channelizing their energies in the right direction.
