The Draft Annual Plan 2008-09 has been formulated within the
approved outlay of Rs. 4500.54 lacs, out of which Rs. 839.01 lacs
have been kept for revenue component while as Rs. 3661.53 lacs have been
earmarked for capital component (including Rs. 2020.00 lacs as
Institutional Loan/ACA). The component-wise breakup of the proposed outlay
